GX8302 is a multi-functional SoC chip designed for the Bluetooth AIoT field. The chip integrates the latest Bluetooth BLE 5.4 communication module, a high-performance RISC-V processor with a maximum frequency of up to 160MHz, and the Nationalchip's latest lightweight gxNPU V120, supporting applications such as AI voice recognition. It integrates a variety of peripherals and has excellent expandability, allowing for driving LCD color screens via QSPI, expanding RAM space via PSRAM, and connecting external Flash via QSPI. The chip achieves AI voice recognition, LCD screen driving, BLE connectivity, and a complete audio chain on a foundation of low power consumption and low cost, offering unique features and cost-effectiveness applicable to various AIoT devices.
